Bars 

There are lots of bars throughout Kingston. There are several pubs around the A&P supermarket, like the Brass where concerts often take place, or the karaoke bar MyBar, or the billard bar The Grizzly Grill. These bars are not very frequented during Winter and only become popular at the beginning of Spring. The Tango is an exception. It is situated at the corner of Princess Street and of King Street. Students of Kingston like to have a drink there bedore going to night clubs.

The favourite nightclub of the students in Kingston is called Joy.  

Restaurants 

Most of the restaurants in Kingston are very expensive and of poor quality. Most of the restaurants gathered around the lake, around Princess Street and in neigbouring streets. There are lots of cafΘs in Kingston. There are Starbucks shops in Princess Street and in Division Street but if you want to taste an expresso, go in the small cafΘ which is on the same sidewalk than the Starbucks cafΘ at the corner of Clergy Street and of Division Street.
