Exchange students at the Queen's University of Kingston receive the documents they must give to the university before coming in order to register themselves.Students should better take the TOEFL but it is not compulsory. Once they have sent all the required documents, students receive an invitation letter from the university which is required to cross the Canadian border.
Jennifer McNeely and Ben Whitney are the persons in charge of the exchange students and they will sent you the list of lessons exchange students can attend to. You can choose your schedule within the first two lessons of each subject. Before coming, exchange students will be given a password to connect to the university's portal, so that they can introduce themselves to other students and ask them questions if they need to.
Once the exchange students arrive in the Queen's University in Kingston, they must go to the Center for International Management in Goodes Hall, Room 310, first floor, in order to confirm their lessons schedule. They will be given a Student Card so that they can enter all the Queen's university's facilities and take the public transports in Toronto for free.

It costs 250CA$ for 4months. You can pay by cheque or pay cash at the Queen's University's bank agency.
