When you are an exchange student in the Ottawa University, you will have to make some administrative process. First, every exchange student have to go to the International Office, which is situated King Edward Avenue n°548, to take out the University Health Insurance Plan, which is compulsory. Then exchange students have to go to the Infoservice, which is located in the Tabaret Hall, Laurier Street n°75, to get your student card. 

If you have applied for a housing in the student residence hall of the Ottawa University, you will have to go to the Housing Service, which is in the Brooks Complex, Thomas Moore street n°100. If you are going to live outside the campus of the Ottawa University and if you need a term bus pass, you can buy one in the OC TRansport agencie, which is in the Infoservice. A 4-month pass costs 250CA$.
