There is a few administrative process to pass to register in the Concordia University. Once their application have been accepted in the Concordia University, exchange students need the invitation letter the university will send them to enter Canada. To get this letter, exchange students have to send different documents ; if you are looking for more details please ask the Student Mobility Office. If your invitation letter is late to come, you can contact the Student Mobility Office: Marie Marceau :
mmarceau@alcor.concordia.ca, (514) 848 2424 poste 4986
D’Arcy Ryan: darcy@jmsb.concordia.ca, (514) 848 2424 poste 2532.
You will also have to go to this Office to select the lessons you wish to attend to. You can consult the list of courses among which you can choose here: www.concordia.ca.

Once arrived in the Concordia University, ou will also have to go to the International Student Office where you will have to register yourself and make a copy of your passport. You will also be given information about the presentation meetings, where it is important for you to go.

Two days after selecting your lessons, you have to get your student card, which is essential, for example to go on the Concordia Universiy's Intranet or to take your exams. Bring along your invitation letter and your passport and 11.5CA$. It is also a good opportunity to get your "Full Time Attendance" attestation, which is necessary for the National Insurance and the transport card. You will then be given a 400CA$ tuition fees bill for your health insurance. You may not have to pay it, ask your school, your national Insurance or the Régie de l'Assurance Maladie au Québec (http://www.ramq.gouv.qc.ca/index_en.shtml).
